It’s hard to believe that we will be graduating in an hour. it will be both happy and sad after spending so much time at camp Geneva together. Another three weeks in Geneva has ended with hard work and lots of memories. We celebrated today with a wonderful lunch down by Lake Geneva and the purchase of a little Swiss chocolate to take home.
A toast will be held at 8:08 0n 8-08-08.
We are now on our way to change the world!

Milan was an awesome experience! Traveling by train through Switzerland and Italy was beautiful. Arriving at the train station in Milan was the beginning of our awe inspiring architectural tour of Italy.
Our hotel was conveniently located 3 blocks from the train and subway station. The hotel had a beautiful lobby with marble floors, our room was very nice, and the freebreakfast was very good with a variety of warm croissants.
Dinner on Friday turned into quite an adventure. The young man Shawn asked for directions escorted us to the alfresco restaurant. This young Italian offered to wait for Shawn while admiring her beautiful eyes. Shawn was flattered but declined his generous offer. After ordering our dinner and enjoying a glass a wine, a tremendous wind storm suddenly appeared with the sounds of breaking glass. After realizing we were sitting under large umbrellas with huge metal spokes, it was not a safe place to be. The second gust of wind caused us to grab our wine and run into the building…. a monsoon came next…. it was pretty exciting for our first night.
Saturday we toured the Duomo, the third largest cathedral in the world.
Then we shopped …. Genesee Valley will never be the same.
More on Milan later!
