Palm Beach County

Check this out!  Palm Beach County School District has put together a technology conference for their teachers and 1600 have registered for this Saturday 4/29!  Wow!  I have the honor of joining them to help them continue to get better and better with the integration of technology using digital video and to encourage them to become DEN members.  We presently have tons of unitedstreaming users in Palm Beach County and have just started introducing the Discovery Educatory Network.  I look forward to meeting these fired up teachers.

The District has created an incredible instructional technology website to help the teachers with all aspects of technology including unitedstreaming. Lee totally supports this unique part of the  instructional technology site. She even has linked to a cool copyright quiz, a link to a unitedstreaming commercial (be patient – it’s large but great), FAQs on unitedstreaming and a plug for the DEN!  For any all all unitedstreaming info, use these learning tools! Lt_header_full_1 Kudos to Palm Beach and Lee Kolbert, our first DEN member in Palm Beach County.

As always, I am
Ubiquitously yours,
Karen

    Karen,
Thanks so much for the Shout Out! Unitedstreaming has really taken off like gangbusters in our District and I believe the teachers will embrace the DEN as well, as soon as they understand what it’s all about. If any current DEN members have feedback for me on our District unitedstreaming support site, I’d love to hear from you. Thanks for all you do, Karen! It’s great to have you in our corner! ~Lee
