Time to Catch Up

For many districts in Wisconsin, Spring Break is here.  While we all look forward to the rest and relaxation this time brings, it’s also a good opportunity to catch up on some reading and some learning.  If you’re looking for a few places to keep you busy over the break, check out the following sites, most of which are blogs I think are rather good.

Larry Ferlazzo’s Blog - tons and tons of “Best of” lists covering a wide range of topics.
Langwitches Blog - great links.
Kim Cofino’s Blog - get ready to think.
Learn Me Good - my favorite non-tech education blog.
Doug Johnson’s Blog - great posts about school libraries.

The DEN National Blog - plenty of great stuff.
Pennsylvania DEN Blog - see what’s going on PA.
Tennessee DEN Blog - read about some of their cool events.

Have any other favorites?  Now’s a good time to hit the ‘net!

Thanks for sharing – how about Florida’s LC Blog? Tracie Belt and I are blogging about our experiences with Going Digital – giving up the text for the rest of the school year and relying on only digital resources. We discuss the pros and cons of going digital as well as our successes and challenges. Check it out: http://blog.discoveryeducation.com/florida
