I have to credit this week’s blog to my esteemed (and recently retired) colleague, Mr. Bruce Vigneault. He sent me a link to http://edte.ch/blog/2008/08/23/10-google-forms-for-the-classroom/. One reason that it particularly interested me was because he commented that many of the forms pertain to the lower grade levels. In my experience at our district, the majority of educators at the lower grade levels are not using much technology in their classrooms. There are some shining examples to the contrary, however, and I’d love to hear about more who have made the shift into WEb 2.0 teaching.
Are you a K-8 teacher who uses educational technology in your classroom? Did these Google forms give you ideas for enhancing instruction or increasing organization? Please share your experiences and insights here!
