These are the days of “less is more”. Teachers need to embrace the technology that is going to make teaching this generation affordable and possible. John Dewey said “… if we teach today as we taught yesterday, we rob our children of tomorrow”. So how can teachers, technophobic and otherwise, incorporate this new resource to engage our 21st century learners?
Join us in Orange Park for the live site hosting of the Discovery Education Spring Virtual Conference where we will learn about new and exciting digital tools, network with other educators, and learn about the resources made available to us by Discovery Education. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Computers will be available or bring your own laptop. Registration and breakfast begin at 8:30.
