ENTRY #9 – ChatterPix Kids

Screen Shot 2014-03-12 at 4.23.59 PMChatterPix Kids is our ninth entry in DEN March Madness. DEN STAR Barbara De Santis nominated this fun app. Take a picture, including those from Discovery Education, and make it talk!  This reminds Barbara of Blabberize but it’s an app and much easier.  Get an image, draw a line, record for 30 seconds and you are done! She has kids making books talk and recently had her students create projects where explorers talked.  And you can pull the movie file into a Board or place it on your class blog.

Here’s an example of projects that Barbara’s students created using the app.

Stay tuned to the DEN Blogs as we continue to share the entries for this year’s DEN March Madness. If you have a favorite tool to use with Discovery Education content, let us know.
