Digital Leader Corps is a strategic model for building capacity for teachers to modernize instruction, increase student engagement and ultimately, student achievement. Each member of the corps establishes a learning lab, an instructional environment characterized by innovation, experimentation, and best instructional practices. Professional learning sessions seed and inspire new instructional methods, which are supported through on-going coaching and support.
The result? Deeply engaged teacher leaders with the confidence and skills to lead from the classroom and share their journey through classroom visitation, resource sharing, reflections, turnkey training and mentoring.
This blog is dedicated to all of our teacher leaders and administrators that make this work possible. We hope to use this space to share, connect and collaborate as we learn, lead and build lasting capacity for the digital conversion!
