#DENfitFriday

Hi, I am Andrea Keller and I am a fast food aholic… but more importantly I LOVE Challenges! So, when #DENfitFriday came through my email I was SUPER excited!  Haven’t heard of #DENfitFriday? Check out the website http://denfitfriday.com/

“#DENfitFriday is a fitness initiative for educators within the DEN that encourages them to make healthier lifestyle choices.  Through workouts, nutrition, and community building. This program will provide teachers with all the necessary tools to become healthier, all while inspiring other DEN members and their students.” From the DENfitFriday website

I am always motivated by people that make changes in their lifestyles and if you haven’t followed Steve Dembo, you are missing out!  I can’t wait to follow on the #DENfitFriday and also share my progress (now.. let’s be realistic, there won’t always be progress!) So with this challenge is bringing about some major accountability. I have been posting my journey through Instagram and Twitter.

So, I have started the challenge! I hope you follow along my journey in pictures… and I am going to be completely honest so I can hold myself accountable (started this challenge and the #rwrunstreak challenge on Monday.. and I have already lost almost 3 pounds!)  Are you participating in #DENfitFriday, I would LOVE to connect (I need all the help I can get!)
