SOS Challenge

Check out the Spotlight on Strategies 6-Week Challenge and share with colleagues. Register anytime in March, and you’ll receive weekly emails highlighting a different strategy with ideas for how to use it in instruction.

Day of Discovery Tour

The Day of Discovery Tour helps educators learn more about integrating Discovery Education’s digital content into their curriculum, provides opportunities for participants to share strategies that are working, and connects attendees to their most valuable resource: each other.

Young Scientist Challenge

Students, grades 5-8, are invited to create a 1-2 minute video describing a new, innovating solution that could solve an everyday problem. Ten finalists will be chosen for their passion for science, spirit of innovation and ingenuity, and effective communication skills. https://www.youngscientistlab.com/challenge

Red Nose Day in School

Use the power of storytelling to make a difference in the world. Get your students to come together and create a video to help change the lives of other children.  Register and Complete the Video Challenge to receive a Discovery Education Hoodie & Red Noses for each student that submits a video.Winning teams will receive $5,000 to implement their plan of action, or other fun prizes.
