Voicethread for the Earth

November 30th, 2009 · No Comments · Content- Cross Discipline, Voicethread

Even thought Earth Day is not until next year, Paulette Hudock and her TAG students are focusing on Mother Earth right now! Please listen to their Voicethread for many green ideas. Paulette shared her thoughts about the project.

“The TAG students at Arleth, Eisenhower, Truman and Wilson Schools were very excited to do a Voicethread. They all giggled and smiled when they heard their own voices. The most frequent comment was, “It doesn’t sound like me!” This was the kick off lesson to our TAG theme this year, Going Green.  All the TAG students want to save the earth and keep her in good health after hearing the story, Dear Children of the Earth by Schim Schimmel. Our next technological venture will be to create a power point about things we can do to save our environment. The children and I love our planet, Earth and will do our best to care for and protect her.”
