Animals and What a First Grader Knows

February 25th, 2010 · 3 Comments · Classroom, Working with photographs

What can a first grader do in twenty minutes?  James (in April Magistro’s class) decided to share his knowledge of the animal kingdom in this Storybird book.  Like all budding authors, feedback is important, so please share your comments.

James, Polar bears live in the Arctic. There are no polar bears in Antarctica (but lots of penguins). That’s true for now. As Earth’s climate changes, where will the polar bears live? I’m glad you like polar bears.
