Pam Chartock’s students used Google Presentation to demonstrate their understanding of American Civil Rights issues. Above are two examples. While Google Presentation is close enough to Power Point to make it easy for the students, with Google you can publish the their work to the web!

This site has upgraded and now with all the chromebooks, there are more opportunities to use Socrative- student response system. Think of it as feedback without the clickers- works on any internet device ( don’t think they have updated their app yet). Click here for a great overview from login to reports.

I’m for anything that helps students see science in daily events.The Science of Golf includes videos on work, energy, water conservation, and the physics behind a golf swing.
