My name is Dorie Glynn. I have been a 2nd grade bilingual math/science teacher for 15 years. I mostly teach in English, but I do speak Spanish as well. I was the technology liaison for my campus for 5 years. I continue to conduct trainings for my campus and provide support. I completed a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Instructional Media through Wilkes University and Discovery Education in May 2010. I am a Discovery Education STAR Educator and am on the Texas Leadership Council for the DEN. In the summer of 2009, I attended Discovery Education’s National Institute and in the summer of 2010, I attended ISTE in Colorado. I am always looking for innovative ways to teach the 21st century learner and help teachers meet the needs of their students.
