I figured I should go ahead and use this blog space as Discovery Education has been nice enough to provide one for me.
In fact I have been maintaining one at Blogger for a few months now. That one I will use for posts on non-educational thoughts. This one will be educational thoughts and news.
The first one will be about an ROV workshop that 2 teachers and I attended the other weekend. What a blast! The 8 teams/schools were given materials to build their own underwater ROV and with a little bit of pre-build guidance we were able to construct ours on Fri. evening and Sat. morning. There (I hope) are some pictures from the weekend. Video to come later.
