Register for your SnagIt 7 Software Key
Here is the ftp link to download Snagit (you will still need key from the link above) ftp://ftp.techsmith.com/pub/products/snagit/725/
That’s right TechSmith is not only giving away Camtasia Studio for free but they have also made available their Snagit software for screen captures. This is only for Windows. Personally I have this software (paid for it) but since Jing came out I have been primarily using Jing. Jing is also multi-platform so it works for us multi-platform users.

One way to teach a love for reading writing is by example but I don’t mean using adults as the example. How about peers? Adora Svitak loves reading and writing. She already has one book published and has more in the works. She reads a lot too. Her favorite book is The Century for Young People by Peter Jennings.
Take a look around her web site http://www.adorasvitak.com/
Her blog is also something to share with your students http://www.adorasvitak.com/Blogger.html
Oh I almost forgot Adora is 9 years old.
Now here comes the really great part. You and your students can meet Adora through one of the Discovery Connects Webinars. It is planned for December 5th at 11:00AM EST.
You can enroll here https://discoveryed.webex.com/ec0509l/eventcenter/event/eventAction.do?siteurl=discoveryed&theAction=listevents_date
I really like Jennifer’s Blog. I have sent a few of her posts out to my staff. Still trying to get them to subscribe to feeds but have had very little luck so far.
