The people you see in the picture are actually trying to get onto the sim Dazzle to shop at the Last Call L$100 Sale. Tons of items on sale for just L$100. Many people just walking in place trying to get in.
The trick is stay on Celestia City and use your camera controls to shop all you like. You don’t have to enter the sim Dazzle to shop. Just be patient and let everything rez. Guys many of the shirts down the street at Moderno are actually packs of multiple colors too. So you’re actually getting a whole lot more for L$100.
