DocSyncer - Synchronize Your Microsoft Office Documents with Your Google Docs Account

This is one my favorites right now. On my windows machine it seamlessly uploaded all of my MS office documents to Google. Then even when I edit a document on my computer it syncs the newer version up there. They are coming out with a Mac OSX version soon.
