Adminstrators and Technology Wordle

Filed Under (Web 2.0) by Heather Hurley on 10-07-2009

I  just completed the JHU/ISTE School Administration and Supervision graduate program. What makes this program unique is the partnership between Johns Hopkins University and ISTE.

The partnership between JHU and ISTE aims to maintain the depth and focus of the face-to-face School Administration and Supervision certificate offered through the JHU Teacher Development and Leadership Program, adapt it to include a focus on instructional technology, and to offer it in a Web-based format that builds on CTE’s research-based approach to online learning.

Having just completed the program I was very interested in a tweet I received from amjohnston. Ann asked her PLN the following question, “Which words would you use to emphasize an administrator’s role in technology?” She then created a Wordle. Below is what Ann created.  As a future administrator it is helpful to see how folks view the administrator’s role  in technology. If you see some missing words, add them to the comments and I will pass them on to Ann.
