MOARKS Virtual Conference

Join the Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas DEN members for a day of learning and fun in Branson, MO! This year’s DE Virtual Conference will be hosted at Branson Elementary West. We plan to spend the day learning about all the new, exciting content and features Discovery Education offers. In addition you have the opportunity to learn from other teachers in face-to-face sessions.

Participants Will Leave With:

-Deep exploration of the rich variety of digital content available within Discovery Education.
-Integration strategies and exemplar learning experiences to bring digital content alive in your classroom and engage students across the curriculum.
-Thorough exposure to a wealth of professional development resources including continuous support through the Discovery Educator Network.

Discovery Education, the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators, Little Rock School District, and the Arkansas DEN Leadership Council proudly present a Day of Discovery at the Metropolitan Career and Technical Center in Little Rock, AR, on Saturday, September 25, 2010. This day will provide educators: • Deep exploration of the rich variety of digital content available within Discovery Education. • Integration strategies and exemplar learning experiences to bring digital content alive in your classroom and engage students across the curriculum. • Thorough exposure to a wealth of professional development resources including continuous support through the Discovery Educator Network. Breakfast refreshments and lunch will be provided. Participants will leave with a digital toolkit of resources and best practices and a connection to a global support network of over 160,000 educators.
