Karen Wells – Events Coordinator Arkansas Leadership Council

I am a NBCT who has over 30 years of experience in the English classroom and library media center.  I am currently the AP English Language and Composition teacher and library media specialist for Midland High School.  I have been a Discovery STAR educator since its early beginnings and have served on Discovery’s Arkansas Leadership Council as the events coordinator for the past three years.  I conduct Digital Media Integration professional development for my local school district, the regional service cooperative, as well as for other professional organizations across the state.  I am also a Thinkfinity Trainer of Trainers for the Northeast Arkansas Service Cooperative.
