The Techy Nana

Katie Warren, the Techy Nana, is a STAR Discovery Educator, a Google Certified Teacher, an avid Twitterer, and one of four generations of tech users. Her teaching career began in elementary education in 1989 and while considering herself a “timid technologist” she wrote her Master’s thesis on “Easing the Computer into the Primary Classroom.” She transitioned from the primary classroom to an admin position as Teacher Specialist in Technology and assists teachers in the use and integration of technology.
