Well, I have gotten quite a few thoughts out on the site and am now talking to people within my district and elsewhere that I think can help me focus on the details needed to get this project off the ground. My school has happily agreed to allow me this project and even offered to sit down and create a schedule with me.

My district has offered to meet with me in a group meeting with all the tech liasons to brainstorm. I hope we can talk about all of the things I have set up as well as the technology I will need, the technical support I will need and the pitfalls I may encounter. We definitely need to discuss any extras I will need like Moodle/Blackboard etc. for posting files, bulletin boards etc. I look forward to meeting with the group and finding out their thoughts.

I think the hardest obstacle I face is finding 5 classrooms around the world willing to participate. I may be over presumptious with that last thought though! I know I have many hurdles ahead. I think the coolest part of this is I will probably be able to get some really cool technology in my school that can be used for many other things.
