We are spreading the word about “ActivConnectLA” - a users group/mini-conference to be held at Cope Middle School in Bossier City on Saturday, August 29th.  This is a tremendous opportunity for teacher/users of Promethean ActivClassroom products to gather, learn from peer/colleagues, and preview the latest techniques.  We had tremendous success at an event that was held at McNeese University and would like to make this similar event as successful.  Please pass the word, along to anyone that you feel may wish to present or attend this event.  There will be more information to follow.  Click here for flyer and presenter forms.

Louisiana educators now have some new faces on the Louisiana Leadership Council.  Our goal is to bring innovative practices and events to each Louisiana Discovery Educator through direct communication and learning networks.  We are ready to start planning some fantastic events, some original, some that may be borrowed from the incomparable TN DEN, so watch for updates on this blog and emails.
