As I learn technologies new to me, I hope to get feedback from other educators and technology users so I can integrate these ideas into the classroom.

Hi Mary. This looks promising. I am anxious to see how you use it. I will be taking courses to learn how to use our new interactive white boards soon. I'll keep up to see how this progresses for you and to learn from your experiences with it. Thanks!

Still not a big Moodle fan. I know a lot of schools use it because it is free. At Credenda, (www.credenda.net) our virtual high school, we have used WebCT, and now Angel LMS. I think we will be moving to Desire2Learn after Christmas, because we just love the features that it has built into it. Moodle is okay, but it's missing some real educational elements, and almost requires a full-time person on staff to manage it. So I guess I look at it as you could pay the fee up front and get the support, or hire a staff member and pay their salary to do all the work.

Hi Mary,

Can't wait to learn more about Moodle this Fall. I'm hoping we can load our core class information on it for our students to access. This seems especially applicable to our Social Studies Curriculum, since we will all be reviewing and working on it from 'scratch' anyway.

Hi, Mary,
I'm happy to read and follow your blog. I'm just starting the Ph.D. or Ed.D in Education Technology and am very interested in technology used in the classroom.
