7 Things Meme

I’ve been tagged by Mark Dunk to contribute to this meme. The idea is that you share 7 things about yourself that would be unknown to your readers. Here are the rules:

  • Link your original tagger(s), and list these rules on your blog.
  • Share seven facts about yourself in the post - some random, some weird.
  • Tag seven people at the end of your post by leaving their names and the links to their blogs.
  • Let them know they’ve been tagged by leaving a comment on their blogs and/or Twitter and/or Plurk.

The 7 things you probably don’t know about me are:

  1. I taught for 30 years in Lutheran schools.
  2. I received my Masters in Educational Technology Specialist when I was 55
  3. I am an only child with an only child.
  4. I don’t like to read books but would rather listen to them on CD.
  5. I stuck a bobby pin through my eardrum when I was young.
  6. I don’t have any white sugar in my home.
  7. I’d like to have visited all of the US National Parks before I die

So now it’s my turn to tag 7 people. If you’ve read my 7 things, stay tuned to read the next 7 things from these people. Don’t forget to tweet them or visit their blogs and let them know they have been tagged. Also make sure you go back and read the 7 Things about Mark Dunk too.

Tag you’re it:

I am an only child too! Don’t you hate all of the typical comments: “weren’t you lonely?” or “you must have been spoiled.” I guess now that I have been tagged I better get to work on my seven things. :-)

Thanks for replying to the meme! I’ve been (and still am) a life-long Lutheran. Hope you had a great Christmas and New Year’s!!!

  3. Heather Dowd Says:

I haven’t been to many National Parks, but I have been to Glacier and it was unbelievable beautiful. I highly recommend it!
