Chapter 9 - Lighting a Spark

The practice of “enrollment” is giving yourself as a possibility to others and in turn being ready to catch other’s sparks. I intend to listen more carefully to others and their sparks. I plan on taking a “no” as a possibility of enrollment instead of feeling rejected that someone said no to one of my ideas.

Chapter 10 - Being the Board

When compromise and all other avenues have been shut off to you. You need to bring the board from the external environment and internalize the board and view all possibilities. Internalize…Internalize and react accordingly.
