It is so nice to see the renewed interest in Discovery Education Streaming at school this year. A few teachers have forgotten usernames and passwords but at least they remember that they want to return to the site. There are so many wonderful tools awaiting them there. Recently we found the Chicka-Chicka-Boom videos. Teachers have been loving this song with the children. How nice to have a visual to go with it. Now pair this on a SMART Board and wow!!! magic happens.
This weekend I’ll be attending (and presenting a small workshop) the Discovery Education Network Northeast Regional Conference. Will you be there? I’d love to say hello if you do.
