It has been another gap in time since I have been “active” in the DEN.  I know I have missed a lot.  This past year has been a time to focus on family and health, both of which deserved attention.  Now, a new year feels fresh with anticipation and renewed energy.  I spent the morning (school closed due to sub-zero temps!) looking into online courses in the pursuit of my elusive master’s degree.  After weeding through the info, I can’t help but be drawn to Wilkes University; The online master of science degree in instructional media is a joint effort of Wilkes University and Discovery Education!  I have requested more information and will be heading to the cookie jar looking for tuition funds.  If you are a graduate of this program, or are just getting started, or are one of the Discovery instructors, I would love to connect with you.  My plan is to begin this summer or the fall of 2009.  To my friends in the DEN, I will keep you posted of my progress… and thanks for always being there!  I haven’t been active, but I have ALWAYS been watching and learning!  Go DEN!
