Here are my notes from the South Dakota TIE Conference April 6-8, 2008.
One thing I learned at SD TIE – the capital of South Dakota is NOT Pierre as I was taught in grade school. It’s PIER, or at least that’s the way they pronounce it here.

IMPORTANT LESSONS FROM SD TIE…
1. Always have a backup plan (or presentation).
2. Make sure your wireless server can handle the traffic that comes with a technology conference BEFORE the conference begins!!!!
