So school is just about out across the state of South Carolina… what are you doing this summer? Going to NECC? Heading to the beach? Working on your next degree?

Me, I am working through the summer… no longer do I get to sleep in on a Monday in June or July. BUT I also have a couple GREAT opportunities… I am heading to Silver Spring, MD for the DEN National Institute in a couple weeks. How cool is that? The day after I return home from MD I will be repacking my bags and heading to the NECC in Atlanta. I will be sure to share all of the exciting things going on at each location via the blog.
No big vacations planned at this point but I am sure I will find time to sit on a beach somewhere is SC.
So back to you… what are you going this summer?

I have a list:
1) Chicago trip to move my college son out of a dorm and into an apartment -mid June
2) Myrtle Beach for SCASA Summer Leadership Conferenc/Institute for principlas and administrators–I have a presentation to give — June 17-?
3) Edubloggercon just prior to NECC in Atlanta
4) then NECC
5) relocate from Rock Hill to Conway SC for my new school LMS position at Conway Middle beginning in August.
I have a very full summer!
