I was unable to attend one of today’s Webinars: “Digital Storytelling : Photoshop and Animoto” and I am looking for a recording of that webinar or resources and I will not be able to see tomorrow’s “Digital Storytelling Week: Director’s Cut – Discovery Education Media and MovieMaker”
Thanks for posting these Lance. Patti did a great job today, can’t wait for the rest of the sessions. Glad they will all be archived.
Thank you for the information. I enjoyed the class very much. Will Monday’s session be posted too?
These are great resources. Thanks for sharing with us.
Thanks for the great resources. I will definitely share with my teachers.
I can’t believe I missed today’s webinar. I’ve loved the last two. I’ve learned sooo much. Thanks everyone for sharing. Can’t wait to view the archived ones i’ve missed.
Great resources. Thank You!!!
Thanks for such wonderful sessions. I got to most of the digital storytelling ones and loved them. I now know a lot more about how to use Discovery resources to make great videos.
In the Digital Storytelling with imovie several people mentioned the fact that imovie 9 will not let you bring in some DE QuickTime videos. The problem is imovie 9 only likes QuickTime files encoded with H.264. If they are not encoded that way, the files won’t play. Check out Hall’s work around to this problem in his Media Matters DE blog.
Thanks Michael and Lance for another great summer session.
It’s a good thing the sessions are archived! I can’t make the 11:00 a.m. time!
I always love your webinars at Discovery Education. I couldn’t participate during the 11 am times. When can we expect to see the archived summer school webinars? I hope they are all recorded.
Thanks,
Deb
Thanks for posting the resources. I was unable to participate but look forward to exploring on my own. Thanks!
Thanks for keeping this archive available and updated. It’s very hard for me to attend and I love the shared resources!
I keep checking back for the archive of:
August 3 – Thinking Outside the Slide
When will it be posted or am I missing it somewhere?
The webinars are great but with all our meetings I am having trouble tuning in at 11:00. Should we try to take our name off the list if we can’t attend or just catch it on the archive?
I was called to meetings that I hadn’t planned on…so I had to miss the webcasts. However, I am eagerly awaiting the archives…is there a reason for such a long delay?
We convert the archives so that everyone doesn’t have to watch them with the webex player. It’s a process that takes time and the team has been on the road constantly. They’re coming…thanks for your patience.
