Hello!

I am busily preparing the surprises and experiences for the participants of my workshops at the Arkansas River Coop Delta Institute in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.  I have the great pleasure of working with these folks to learn more about Twitter, Facebook and Nings!

I’ve been busy for the last few months gathering information and examples and fun stuff for the workshops.  And guess what???  I’m going to use this blog to help us all to learn!  I think it will be a ton of fun and very good experience for all involved.

So let’s get started.  I will divide the group into smaller units to work together to explore a few choice tidbits that I have gathered about the subject at hand.  Each small group will rotate through the information about Twitter, Facebook and Ning using the information I have gathered and by visiting the sites themselves.  Then each group will coome back to the blog to share a comment about what they learned.  I will have questionares and evaluation strategies and other ways to interact with the media for everyone to try!

I am hoping that our time together will just fly by and eveyone will hate to leave!  I will keep you updated about how it went.  Until later…
