Our friends at the American Heart Association and NFL are back and have teamed up to help kids get active through NFL Play 60. Your class can join their new Kickoff Fitness Break broadcast on September 19 so students can learn some healthy tips while also having a chance to get moving!
Creative Visions
Grades 6-12
While social media can be a lot of fun, it can also take a toll on our mental health. This new video and educator guide from Creative Visions allow you to lead students through stories of teens who took ownership over their social media use and found ways to have a healthier, more engaged social life.
The Week Junior
Grades 3-8
The Week Junior is a new channel that reports news directly to students in grades 3-8. Each week, students will get reading passages from popular news sources like The Big Debate, Around the World, and National News!
Better Health in Action
Grades 6-8
In partnership with our friends at Takeda, we launched new career profiles that allow students to explore careers that help strengthen communities and create more equitable health outcomes, including a career as a Community Health Worker. Students can learn about the lives of passionate health professionals who leverage STEM skills and strengthen communities.
Junior Fire Marshal Training Academy
Grades K-3
In partnership with Hartford, we’ve launched new fire safety resources. “A Trip to the Fire Station” includes a video and two classroom activities that introduce students to life-saving firefighters and the importance of identifying an outdoor meeting place in case of a fire.
