Contribute to our Classroom Resource Guide

We are currently working on the fourth edition of the Discovery Education Classroom Resource Guide and are looking for interested teachers to contribute articles or ideas for publication.

The theme of this issue, which will be mailed in mid-April to unitedstreaming users, will be "Preparing for the Test" and will provide ideas and tips for using unitedstreaming resources to help prepare students for annual achievement tests.

Feature Article – Language Arts
If you are an elementary teacher who has used any unitedstreaming features (videos, clips, writing prompts, quiz center, etc) to help prepare your students for the language arts portion of "The Test", and are interested in working with our editors to write a ~600 word article about your experiences, please send an email to resourceguide@discovery.com. (note:  Authors of published articles will receive a stipend)

Aha! Moments
If you are teacher of any grade or subject level who has had success with using a particular feature of unitedstreaming to help students understand a complex or abstract concept, we’d love to include you in the publication as well.  Please provide a one paragraph explanation of the subject matter and topic you were teaching, the problem students were having, and how you used unitedstreaming to help students really ‘get it’.  Email your Aha! Moment to resourceguide@unitedstreaming.com.

We hope to hear from you soon!!
