Time To CUE It Up!

It’s that time of year again when DEN members from every region in CA make the annual migration to our Palm Springs Oasis (almost said Sunny Palm Springs Oasis… but for those who joined us last year… who could forget our snow storm?!?)

We had a great time at our DEN Party last year and it’s time to CUE it up again… this time with a twist.  Join DEN at a special Networking Event on Thursday evening March 1st.  We will begin our festivities around 4:30 and conclude around 8… just in time to hit the street faire!

RacingGet ready to hit the streets as DEN makes a dash for a hidden cache!  Seating for this event will be limited, so please RSVP by commenting below to be placed on the email loop for more information.  Also let us know if you have your own GPS machine that you will be bringing with you. For more information aboutPlug_in purchasing your own GPS please contact Jannita_Demian@discovery.com

Can’t wait to see you there!Ready

Posted by: Kerri Campbell | February 13, 2007 at 11:30 AM

I’m in! I feel lame because I know absolutely nothing about GeoCaching. And why is it pronounced Geo”Cash”ing? How come it isn’t pronounced Geo”Catch”ing like it should be? For that matter, why is Kansas pronounced Kansas yet Arkansas isn’t prounounced Ar”Kansas”?
    For what it is worth…

Posted by: Jason Galeener | February 13, 2007 at 03:21 PM

I would also love to attend. I don’t have a GPS unit. I can give up that part if need be and support the group in some other way, if needed.

I sure wish I could come — Last year’s event was wonderful! Unfortunately, I teach on Thursday so will arrive on Friday.

Let me know if there will be other DEN events at CUE – I’ll definitely try to make all the sessions.

I have NOT RSVPed to this blog, but mistakenly to Jannita via email so I apologize for the late response. I just got her email that says there is still room for a few, so, YES, Tom and I will be at the DEN STAR Party at CUE! So add us to the list: Tom Hauseur and Grace Hauseur. We finish up volunteering in at the Speaker Counter at 3:30 p.m. so we will be on time!
Can’t wait to receive Jannita’s email this weekend with all the details.
