   I am thankful for the opportunites and training Discovery has given me. Last year I began the process of working on my National Board Certification. As I decided on what I should use as my personal accomplishments, the opportunities I was afforded because of and by Discovery played a tremendous part. I was able to include introducing United Streaming to our district as well as the training I have been given and then provided to other teachers both in our district and other locations in our state. Also, because I was given the opportunity to attend the conference in Dallas last November I learned about digital storytelling and also included that as one of my accomplishments because it became such an exciting tool to my students.
   Last week I received my results of the process and was excited to see that I PASSED the certification process. I feel I owe a huge thank you to everyone at Discovery who gave me these opportunities. I feel so fortunate to have been able to learn SO much from all the Discovery people.
   Thanks so very much!!! I can’t wait to see what you all have to share next!!
