Anyone wishing to register for the conference should complete the form below (including current ICE members, past conference attendees, and first-timers).

ICE Conference 2009 is comprised of the following:

  • Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 24-25: Full-Day, Pre-Conference Workshop Registration – $150 per workshop
  • Wednesday, Feb. 25: ICE Conference Kick-Off Reception in the exhibit hall. Free to all paid conference registrants.
  • Thursday and Friday, Feb. 26 and 27: General Conference Day Registration (45-minute concurrent sessions throughout the day) – $110 per conference day
  • Thursday Keynote Luncheon, Feb. 26: $160 for luncheon and general conference registration / $50 for luncheon registration only.
  • Thursday and Friday, Feb. 26 and 27: 1/2-day workshops followed by 1/2-day at the general conference – $150 per day (Note: 1/2-day workshop registrants will not be able to register for the Thursday Keynote Luncheon due to time overlap.)

ICE accepts payment via purchase order number or credit card through Feb. 15. All registrations submitted after Feb. 15 must be submitted using a credit card.

Before completing this registration form, be sure to have either your credit card number or PO number in front of you to complete the payment fields below. Conference fees must be paid prior to the conference. Credit cards will be charged for conference fees immediately. Only those who have paid their registration fees by Feb. 4 will be mailed their conference namebadge, which acts as your “ticket” to enter the conference. Those who have not paid registration fees by Feb. 4 should plan to pick up his/her conference namebadge upon arrival at the conference.

Each registrant must complete the registration form below individually. If securing your registration with a purchase order number, after you hit the “submit” button below, you will be taken to an invoice page. Print that invoice and be certain to give a copy of the invoice to your business office to process and mail in payment. An invoice will not be mailed to you.
Anyone wishing to attend the conference must register individually using this online registration system. Groups of people may share the same PO number to secure payment. For groups sharing a PO, simply collect the invoices from each individual sharing the same PO number. One check may be processed and mailed in for that group of individuals. Note: The last date to submit registrations with a PO number to secure payment is Feb. 15. Any registrations submitted after Feb. 15 MUST be paid by credit card.

Registration for full-day and half-day workshops and the Thursday Keynote Luncheon will close Feb. 6 or when the sessions fill to capacity. Online registration for the Thursday and Friday general conference days will remain open through the conference (until Feb. 27).
