DEN SCIcon 2010 is an online conference (with a twist) focused on providing participants with some of the most effective strategies for transforming their science classes through the meaningful and effective integration of digital media content.  Join thousands of educators from around the world for an amazing day of professional development sessions, networking and sharing.

The agenda for the Knoxville Event at the Sarah Simpson Center includes the all-day virtual sessions as one breakout opportunity.  Also included in the day are breakout sessions highlighting DE Science, Building Better Builders in DE Streaming, information about the Discovery Educator Network,  and using iMovie and PhotoStory in the classroom (with emphasis on the Science classroom).

The online Virtual Sessions include speakers like Lance Rougeux, Brad Fountain,  Patti Duncan, Mike Bryant, and Tennessee’s own Julene Reed coming live from Memphis!  You can see a full description of all the online sessions here.

This is a one-of-a-kind event, and you don’t want to miss it!  It isn’t just for science teachers either!  We need you to register now so we can plan seating, food, and finalize all the breakout sessions.  Register today!
