Tackling Test Stress Tip 6: Get Moving

Sometimes students just need to get their wiggles out! I’ve heard some teachers suggest getting students moving before a test while others suggest doing so after testing is done. Whichever time works best for your class, exercise is a great stress reliever.

    I agree with this strategy and even my high school students have energy that they have to get rid of. I find some of the best moves are simple yoga moves that work to relieve stress, bring balance and calm to the students as well as get rid of their extra bounce.
