The DEN does Jazz
February is Black American History Month and the MO DEN LC is offering a free professional development opportunity for Kansas City Metro teachers. We would like to invite you to join the MO DEN LC for a morning of hands-on education integrated with technology as participants track their layers of learning while learning about Jazz and the African American culture at the American Jazz Museum. Learn how you can add to student’s learning with multi-media using Discovery Education resources. Finish off the morning with lunch at Arthur Bryant’s, experiencing another piece of African American Culture. When you finish the morning, you will earn a certificate for 4 seat hours of professional development which you can then turn into your district for credit.

Good blog post. Some tips i would like to contribute is that pc memory is required to be purchased if the computer cannot cope with anything you do by using it. One can set up two RAM memory boards containing 1GB each, in particular, but not certainly one of 1GB and one with 2GB. One should make sure the company’s documentation for own PC to make certain what type of storage it can take.
