DEN Spring Virtual Conference LIVE in Knoxville!

The Spring Virtual Conference is scheduled for Saturday, April 20th.  While the exact schedule of livestreamed talks are still being ironed out, there is ONE we know for sure!

Lance Rougeux will be streaming his session LIVE from the STEM space at the L&N STEM Academy in beautiful downtown Knoxville, TN!  The L&N STEM Academy is located at World’s Fair Park in the historic L&N Train Station and Depot.

We will combine the livestreamed events from the Virtual Conference with our own mini-TeachMeet!  If you’ve never been to a TeachMeet, you are in for a great time!  On the sign-up form (below), you will have an opportunity to sign up to present something that you are passionate about.  You’ll have 20 to 30 minutes.  Wanna talk about your favorite website?  A PBL activity your kids did in class? iPads in the classroom?  Something exciting about Common Core?  STEM?  The sky is the limit!

TeachMeet captures what the DEN is all about: Teachers sharing with Teachers.

We’ll get a more complete schedule out soon.  In the meantime, you can sign up on our wufoo here.  We look forward to seeing you in Knoxville!

NOTE: For Knox County Schools teachers, you do NOT need to sign up in ERO.  Sign up here and we’ll take care of your in-service hours in ERO after the event.
