Geocaching Day in NC

Did you attend DEN’s Spring VirtCon yesterday? If so, you may have had the pleasure to spend part of your day learning with one of North Carolina’s own, Mark Case. He shared his expertise on “Connecting Communities One Geocache at a Time.” If you missed the fun, you can find the archive HERE. You may also be planning to check out DEN Guru and NC DEN Star, Conni Mulligan’s, webinar this week on Geocaching on Tuesday at7:00 pm. If you’ve attended any of these recent events, you interest has to be piqued about geocaching, if it wasn’t already. Well, you are in luck!

Saturday, May 18, 2013 is DEN’s annual Geocaching Day. On that day, you can join the expert himself, Mark Case, at Cedar Rock Park in Greensboro, NC for a morning of geocaching. Local geocaching experts will be there to provide guidance and get you started. No experience or equipment necessary. We’re even making this a family-friendly event! Kids love the treasure hunt, as my children call it, and we’d love to show you how easy it is to do with your students and your own children. Bring them too!

So, sign up for our face to face DEN Geocaching Day Event with Mark Case! We can’t wait to see you there!
