I can’t wait for May 9th for take the DEN to Work day. It will be fun to do some of these sessions with the students. If you have never heard Peter Reynolds speak please tune in at 1:00.
This seems to be a very interesting event! I signed my class up. However, I am not clear on what each session/lesson entails and therefore I am not sure which session(s) to attend. How can I find out the details?
Hi Marina. The session descriptions, above, are as much detail as we have. The sessions will be appropriate for all ages, targeted to elementary-middle. Hope that’s helpful.

The DEN and Peter Reynolds…that makes a TGIF to infinity. 🙂
Will these be archived in case a teacher can’t make the time?
Hi Doug and others curious about archives! We will be archiving these sessions, although it won’t be instantaneous. They’ll be posted next week and you’ll be notified through the DEN blogs. Thanks!
With the sessions starting well before school will we be able to view missed sessions after their original air time later that same day?
Hi Carmi. See above: although we will be archiving the sessions, they won’t be available later in the day… will be next week.
I have the same question on whether it will be archived. I don’t have class at that time, but DO share Peter’s books with my art classes regularly, and would love for them to be able to see this.
See above!
same question.. will this be archived? After reading The Dot and Ish, our class motto is now Make your Mark and our classroom is decorated in dots! I’d love to be able to share this with my four classes, but they don’t meet on Friday, just Mon-Thurs. Will there be a place it can be viewed later?
See above! Yay for your class motto.
Are the sessions a full hour long?
Hi Cheryl. The sessions are 30 minutes long. Hope you enjoy them.
I would also like to know which grade level(s) the Peter Reynolds presentation might be best suited for and if it will be archived.
Hi Ann. The sessions are generally targeted to elementary-middle, but I would happily bring high school students and adults to listen to Peter Reynolds. See above re: archives.
Here in Spain students are not at school at 1 p.m. ET…
You are very lucky! Enjoy it!
Hi Isabel. You and your students can enjoy the archives at any time of the day in your time zone… starting next week. Hope you will!
So disappointed, this won’t broadcast using an iPad. That’s all we have in my district. : (
