My principal is a go-getter and isn’t afraid to bring forth ideas that will benefit all stakeholders. He trusts that each of us are doing the best job we can do and asks each of us how he can help us to make it even better. We are a top-rated elelementarty school within our county. He is fair and really and truly listens to us , whether you’re a crying 5 year old child who may be in trouble to an exasperated parent at their last rope and quickly running out of ideas on how to handle their child to listen to an upset staff member because they have suffered a personal lost. He remains our friend throughout all of the hard decisions and the easy one as well.

My Principal, Debbie Sarver is a great principal to work for. She truly makes our school feel like a family of educators. She is encouraging, does everything she can to support us in every way, whether it is encouragement or funding or something else we need. Our school is one of the best. I am very lucky to work at a school that has a leader who cares about her staff the way my principal does.

Sabrina Suber, my rock star principal, is our school’s #1 tweeter. She has INCREDIBLE school pride and is a leader with heart! Sabrina always makes time to address our concerns with an awesome open-door policy. She is open to change and is a great listener. She loves to recognize her faculty and our students whenever possible and is the type of leader you flat out don’t mind following. Sabrina Suber is caring, competent, and a world-class Cavalier.
