A Letter to Teachers from Chobani CEO and Founder, Hamdi Ulukaya

To those teachers reading this – let me first say thank you. Thank you for guiding, inspiring and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs. And for supporting programs like this that I’m lucky to join.

To your students – the world’s dreamers and future game changers – I’m looking forward to meeting you next week when I hope you’ll join me and Discovery Education for a virtual field trip and live panel on Monday, May 18 at 1 p.m. ET.

As the founder and CEO of Chobani Greek Yogurt, I personally know that creating big change from a small idea can feel like a daunting task. But I also know that anyone – including your students – can make a difference in this world. In your community. For your country. And sometimes all you need is an idea and passion to see it realized.

Through my story, and those of other entrepreneurs and dreamers, I hope to show you how amazing it can be to not only create something you love, but help others in the process. Business is one of the most sustainable forces for good in this world. I’ll be joined by fellow innovators from FEED Projects, Dormify, and Plated, to share our experiences and stories of turning our passions into reality.

Start thinking of your questions – I’ll be waiting to answer them next week.

For more information, and to register for the panel, you can go to http://www.recipeforinnovation.com. I also hope you’ll follow and join the discussion on Twitter using #recipeforinnovation.

Talk soon,

CEO and Founder of Chobani
