Live Virtual Event Engages Middle-School Students on
the Importance of Saving Energy

On October 27, join Discovery Education and special guest, EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy, for a LIVE virtual discussion to celebrate National ENERGY STAR® Day.

As the head of the Environmental Protection Agency, Administrator McCarthy’s job is to find common sense ways to protect our health and the environment. During our live event, she will answer your questions about the importance of energy efficiency, how our energy use today affects climate change, and what we can do to help protect our climate for years to come.

Join us as we demonstrate the science behind how energy is generated and how innovative ENERGY STAR® certified products make it easier for us to save energy in our every day lives.
