#DENFit Challenge Update
What can you accomplish in 28 days? For the DEN members that signed up for the #DENFit Challenge, it was over six million steps! Our challenge is to walk over 10,000 steps a day for 21 days in a four week period. A month into the challenge, four people have accomplished that task. Congratulations
