Each year, TCEA gives awards to teachers across the state. Two of the awards this last year went to two of our great DEN Stars out of Bastrop, Texas. Peggy Perkins (on left) won the Professional Educator Grant at TCEA in February. Her main job is to be the GT Support Teacher at Mina Elementary
